Matthew Schaefer

Matt Schaefer is an experienced IT professional with a focus on enterprise Linux support. Currently serving as an Enterprise Linux Support Engineer at Lambda since January 2022, Matt has previously worked as an Information Technology Support Technician at Intel Corporation from July 2010 to March 2022 and as an Information Technology Support Specialist at eXcell, a division of CompuCom Systems, from June 2007 to March 2022. Matt's expertise includes OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms, along with comprehensive hardware support for servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Prior experience includes a role as an Information Technology Specialist at Aramark from January 2005 to January 2007. Matt holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Portland.
