Matthew Worby

Matthew Worby serves as the Chief People Officer at Lambda since March 2024, focusing on team development for The AI Developer Cloud. From April 2019 to March 2023, Worby was Vice President of People at Lyft, overseeing HR functions across global operations. A long tenure at Google from 2006 to 2019 included roles such as Global Head of HR for Google Cloud and various leadership positions in recruiting and HR operations. Worby began career initiatives in HR consultancy in 1999, with foundational education from Cornell University and executive education at Harvard Business School.
