Michelle Hwang

Michelle Hwang is a Senior Product Designer at λ, where they focus on ML observability. Previously, they worked at Snorkel AI as a Senior Product Designer, leading end-to-end UX/UI design across multiple product areas and collaborating with various teams to transform ML research into market-ready products. Michelle also gained experience at companies such as Arize AI, Amplitude, and Salesforce in various design and operational roles. They earned a Master's degree in Information Management & Systems from UC Berkeley and hold a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Psychology from the same institution.
