Mikayla Bond has worked at various companies in different roles since 2012. Mikayla began working at Arizona State University as a Social Media Specialist where they supported social media networks and assisted with various events. In 2013, they moved on to work as a receptionist at Coulter Motor Company. In 2015, they began their career at Apple, starting as a Business Affairs Coordinator and working their way up to become a Senior IOS Technical Support Advisor. Her responsibilities at Apple included assisting customers with technical problems, specializing in the wireless multimedia department, promoting the Apple brand, and providing excellent customer service. Her most recent work experience is at Lambda, where they are a Customer Success Manager since 2021.

Mikayla Bond has pursued their education since 2012, acquiring a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies from Arizona State University and a degree in Business with an emphasis in Sports Media from the W.P. Carey School of Business at the same university. Later, they attended Colorado State University to accomplish an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In December 2019, at the same institution, they obtained a certification in Master of Business Administration.
