Natik Gadzhi

Natik Gadzhi is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving in an engineering leadership role at Lambda since April 2025, Natik previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Airbyte from December 2023 to April 2025. At Zipline, Natik was pivotal as the Director of Engineering from March 2021 to October 2023, establishing the engineering culture and processes for the R&D organization. Natik's journey includes significant contributions at Evil Martians as a Software Engineering Manager, where growth from 11 to 50 employees and over $2M in revenue was achieved. As Co-founder and CEO of Amplifr, Natik led a successful SaaS startup and developed key product strategies. Natik's early career included roles as Product Manager and Software Engineer at Oversun Scalaxy and Future Today, contributing to innovative product development and engineering processes. Natik holds two Master's degrees in Project Management and Computer Science from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
