Nilasha Tandon

Nilasha Tandon has gained diverse work experience in various companies since 2012. Nilasha began their career as a Textile Intern at Arvind Limited in 2012 before moving on to Raymond Limited in 2013, where they worked as an Apparel Internship. In 2014, they got their first job at Decathlon International as a Demand Planner, and they gradually advanced their career by taking on additional roles such as Sourcing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Graduation Project.

In 2020, Nilasha joined Samsung Electronics as a Senior Demand Planner before moving to their current position at Lambda in 2021, where they currently work as a Senior Supply Operations Manager. Throughout their work experience, Nilasha has acquired valuable skills and knowledge that have enabled their to grow professionally and achieve success in different areas of the industry.

Nilasha Tandon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Apparel and Textile Manufacture from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India in 2010, where they studied until 2014. In 2018, they enrolled in the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA, with a field of study in Business Analytics in 2019. Prior to this, in 2017, they obtained a Diploma in Project Management from Alison - Free Online Learning. Nilasha Tandon also holds several certifications, including Data Science Math Skills, Demand Analytics, Teamwork Skills: Communicating Effectively in Groups, and The Science of Well-being, all obtained from Coursera in 2020, with exception to the Diploma in Project Management, which they obtained in 2017.
