Roy Satterthwaite

Roy Satterthwaite serves as the Managing Director at Farther since January 2020, leading the Farther Advisor team and founding the Farther Investment Committee. In addition to this role, Roy is part of the Investment Committee at Alumni Ventures, recognized as one of the most active venture capital firms globally. Roy's recent endeavors include positions as an Investor at Lambda and Quai Foundation. With a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles spanning from 1992 to 2018 across diverse firms, including SVP at Forrester Research and SAP, and Director at IBM HQ, Roy's background combines expertise in research, finance, and technology. Roy holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
