Silvana Kim

Silvana Kim is an accomplished operations and marketing leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Operations Lead in the CEO Office at Lambda since May 2024, Silvana previously held the role of Head of Operations & Marketing at Brilliant Labs from March 2022 to January 2024, where advisement on operating efficiencies for an open source eyewear product and the development of digital marketing strategies were key responsibilities. In the role of GM for the Korean Market Vertical at Weee! from December 2021 to July 2022, oversight of U.S. market growth and merchandising for Korean grocery and K-Beauty products was pivotal. Silvana also managed a team of over 50 members as Managing Director at Smith Street Solutions from January 2016 to March 2022, delivering strategic guidance for top-tier brands and investors. Furthermore, as the Founder and President of Kings County Parlor, an ethical eCommerce apparel brand, Silvana successfully designed a product line that attracted interest from prominent fashion outlets. Silvana holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Latin American Studies from Smith College.
