Tincy John

Tincy John is an experienced HR professional currently serving in HR Operations at Lambda since September 2024. Previously held the position of HR Ops Manager at Corsair from April 2022 to September 2024, and before that, worked as People Ops Program Manager at Clari, where Tincy contributed to enhancing efficiency and predictability within revenue processes. Tincy has also held key roles at Topia as Sr. People Ops Generalist and Natus Medical Incorporated as Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Analyst, focusing on the medical devices sector. Earlier in Tincy’s career, significant experience was gained at Essar Group as Manager of Human Resources. Tincy holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
