Mark Wilkinson

Mark Wilkinson has extensive experience in the field of property investment and development consultancy. Mark currently serves as the Managing Partner at West 4 Estates LLP, where they oversee a portfolio of property investment assets in London. Prior to this, they worked at Lambert Smith Hampton as the Director, Head of Development Consultancy, leading a team that provided development consultancy and agency services, with a focus on regeneration and financial viability. Mark also held the position of Executive Director at DI Properties, where they managed the operational and strategic aspects of the business and handled tasks such as sourcing development opportunities and overseeing transactions. Additionally, they had a notable tenure at Knight Frank, where they served in various leadership positions, including Partner - Head of Core London New Home Sales and Partner - Residential Development (Land) Department, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in the Central London residential market. Mark's experience also includes founding and directing Dasher Management Limited, where they managed a private portfolio of investment properties in London.

Mark Wilkinson attended Bradfield College from 1988 to 1993, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Mark then went on to the University of Birmingham from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. Following this, they attended the University of Reading from 1997 to 1998 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Land Management.
