Simon Bachelor

Simon Bachelor is the National Head of Land Assembly and Compulsory Purchase at Lambert Smith Hampton since 2024. Previously, they served as the National Head of Infrastructure Compulsory Purchase and were a Partner at aspireCP LLP from 2018 to 2022, where they focused on strategic land acquisition for major regeneration and infrastructure projects. From 1991 to 2018, Simon was the Compulsory Purchase Manager at Transport for London, overseeing land delivery for notable projects such as the Jubilee Line and the 2012 Olympic Games. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University, awarded in 1990.
