Max Giudici is currently serving as Lab Manager CASE and Global Product Manager for Architectural Paints at Lamberti. They previously held the position of Construction and Paints Laboratory Manager at Lamberti from 2015 to 2023, where they managed project setups and provided technical assistance. Prior to that, Max worked as an R&D Technician at ICRM-CNR Milano and Dipharma, focusing on optimization of reactions and synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. They began their academic journey with a Master's degree in Chimica from the Università degli Studi di Milano, graduating with top honors in 2006.
