LambEx is the leading global conference and trade exhibition dedicated entirely to the sheep industry. Delivered every two years, LambEx brings together producers, processors, supply chain partners, researchers, innovators and global industry leaders for an unmissable 4 day event exploring the future of sheep production, markets, sustainability, technology, wellbeing and workforce.

The next LambEx will be hosted at the Adelaide Convention Centre from 7–10 July 2026 and is anticipated to attract more than 2,000 delegates and over 100 trade exhibitors from across Australia and around the world. The program features world-class keynote speakers on the main plenary stage, in-depth industry and leadership breakfast sessions, a full day of on-farm tours across South Australia, and a flagship suite of industry experiences including the AMPC LambEx Carcase Showcase, the Coles Trailblazers emerging leaders program, Twilight Trade & Tastes in the exhibition hall, and the iconic Elders LambEx Gala Dinner — one of the most anticipated social events on the Australian sheep industry calendar.

LambEx is proudly supported by local and federal governments as well as industry partners, whose investment and collaboration are instrumental in delivering a world-class event that drives innovation, education and long-term growth for the Australian sheep industry.
