Fabio Soncini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and cost management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of Cost Targeting at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. since September 2016, Fabio is responsible for product cost targeting, cost engineering, and product cost controlling. Previously, Fabio held the position of Head of Manufacturing Engineering for the SUV Urus at both Automobili Lamborghini and AUDI AG, overseeing product planning and the management of Body-in-White press parts. Fabio's career at Automobili Lamborghini began in 2004, where various roles included leading the manufacturing engineering team and coordinating pre-series testing processes. Fabio holds a Master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and an Executive Master in Technology and Innovation Management from Bologna Business School.
