Molly Harmon is a community builder, entrepreneur, and chef who currently serves on the Development Advisory Council Board for NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice and as a Strategic Advisor at làmdi. With a strong commitment to food justice, they founded The Little Free Pantries Project, connecting food-insecure neighborhoods to healthy, culturally relevant food, and have operated a private chef business focused on sustainable practices since 2006. With over 20 years in philanthropy, they have directed substantial annual investments in social enterprises while pursuing their education in economics at the Just Economy Institute and studying at the School of Natural Cookery and the University of Montana. Driven by curiosity and a hands-on approach, they advocate for systemic change and collaborative partnerships to foster equity.
