Luis Quintero is a Lead Consultant at Laminar Projects since September 2021, specializing in the development and maintenance of comprehensive construction programmes, with a focus on risk management and adherence to project requirements. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Laminar Projects, Tunnel Shift Engineer, and Project Control Engineer for the Thames Tideway Tunnel at Ferrovial, and Business Development Engineer in the UK & Ireland. Luis has also served as a Field Engineer at Webber and a Junior Civil Engineer at ACCIONA, providing technical support for geotechnical issues and participating in global projects.
