Bill Kotcher

Kotcher is the President of Tioga and serves on the Board of Directors at Mackson Nuclear LLC and Laminators Incorporated. Kotcher is an Advisory Board Member at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business. Their perspectives have been published in American Metal Markets, Purchasing Today, LP/Gas Magazine, Butane Propane News, and the Propane Vehicle Magazine, and they have been a featured leadership speaker at national conventions. They participate in Detroit’s Homecoming expat event. Kotcher held a B.A. in Materials and Logistics Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and an MBA in International Business from Rosemont College.
