- Laminazione Sottile S.p.A., founded in 1923, is specialized in rolled aluminium products.
- Contital S.r.l., founded in 1991, is the leading European manufacturer of aluminium and PET trays.
- Italcoat S.r.l., founded in 1993, is dedicated to surface treatment and lacquering of aluminium coils.
- I2r Packaging Solutions LTD, acquired in 2009, produces aluminium containers.
- IPS Industrial Packaging Solution S.r.l., acquired in July 2015, is dedicated to aluminium flexible packaging.
- I2r Korea, acquired in 2016, distributes semi-rigid aluminium containers.
- Pllana GmbH,  acquired in 2018,  distributes rolled products.
- Contital Turkey, founded in 2019, manufactures aluminium containers.
- i2r inc., founded in 2020 in USA, distributes aluminium containers in North America.
