Greg Neill

Greg Neill has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Manufacturing Systems Development Manager and previously Engineering and Maintenance Systems Manager at Laminex Australia since June 2010, overseeing significant manufacturing processes for particleboard production. Their responsibilities include managing site CAPEX and OPEX, maintenance systems, quality and environmental systems, and project management initiatives. Prior roles include General Manager Operations at Challenge Australian Dairy, Executive Manager at Kailis & France Foods, and UHT Production Manager at Goodman Fielder New Zealand. Greg holds a Graduate Diploma in Dairy Technology from the University of Melbourne, a Diploma in Front Line Management from Monash Mount Eliza Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science from Curtin University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & Physics from The University of Western Australia.
