Justinn General

Justinn General currently serves as Engineering Manager at Lamons Manufacturing & Service Co., with prior experience as Product Design Engineer and Application Engineer II. At Auge Industrial, Justinn was the Technical Lead Engineer, managing the Engineering and Quality Department and evaluating raw material suppliers. Before that, Justinn worked as a Regional Metallurgist at Rolled Alloys, where responsibilities included technical marketing, material selection consultation, and failure analysis in high-temperature applications. Justinn's early career included a Research Assistant role at Texas Engineering Experiment Station, focusing on tungsten's material response in fusion reactors. Justinn holds an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Materials Science Engineering from Texas A&M University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the same institution.
