Peter Olasky

Peter Olasky serves as the General Counsel at Hoover CS and Lamons, both First Reserve portfolio companies focused on sustainable solutions and safety sealing products, respectively. With extensive experience in legal roles across various industries, Peter previously worked as Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel at ChampionX, where they led compliance programs following a significant acquisition. Prior to that, they were General Counsel for Ecolab’s Energy Services division, overseeing major corporate transactions and legal strategies. Peter also held positions at Skadden Arps and as a Freelance Writer for MTV Networks early in their career. They are currently pursuing further education at Columbia Law School and The University of Texas at Austin.
