For over 20 years, Lamprey Systems has been using a data-driven approach to help thousands of clients save money immediately with our Package Auditing and Freight Management services. We use an accurate and repeatable process to show you how to take control over your costs, ensure every aspect of your shipping program is optimized, negotiate better contract terms with carriers, and improve processes to save your people time — all at zero up-front cost to you.

You may be paying extra for services you aren’t getting or simply missing out on opportunities to trim costs without sacrificing service levels -- through no fault of your own. Lamprey Systems offers advanced analytics technology specialized to the shipping industry, offering a data-driven 40-point audit, you can get clear and total visibility into all aspects of your shipping program to spot immediate opportunities for savings that it’s rare for companies to find on their own.

At the warehouse level, you need parcels to arrive on time and in accordance with the contract you have with your carriers -- but it’s hard to evaluate how performance compares to your contract using invoices alone. Lamprey uses your historical shipping data to evaluate what you’re getting compared to your contract terms, so you never have to worry about paying extra due to incorrect billing or by adding services you don’t really need.

Are inefficient or manual processes slowing you down? Are you unable to get clear insight into whether parcels are arriving on time or whether you’ve been billed correctly? Lamprey’s data-driven approach can offer teams simpler ways to conduct their daily work so they can save time and avoid the frustration of inefficient processes and missed opportunities.
