Enterprise AI has a management problem.

Copilots are deployed, agents are running, and budgets are scaling — but no leader can tell you which workflows are moving the business. AI is doing real work inside every enterprise. None of it has an owner. None of it shows up in any system of record.

Lanai is the Enterprise AI Accountability Company. Our AI @ Work Operating System is the missing system of record for AI-mediated work — discovering every workflow across copilots, agents, and embedded features, connecting it to the pipeline, SLAs, capacity, and revenue leaders already run the business on, and driving the decisions that turn AI activity into business results.

Workday runs people. Salesforce runs customer work. Lanai runs AI.

Executives stop running AI experiments. They start running an AI strategy.
