WILL WRITING

We provide a friendly, knowledgable and affordable will writing service. At our first meeting we confirm the total cost of your will. There are no hidden extras.

Membership of the Institute of Professional Willwriters means you can rely on our expert knowledge of how to best protect the value of your estate for the people you will leave behind.

For couples with children from previous relationships, we can safeguard their inheritances should you die and your partner begin a new relationship.

We supervise the signing and witnessing of all Wills, so they are completed as required by law, to prevent them being challenged later on.

LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY

If you or your partner became unable to manage your own finances or healthcare, who would you want to nominate to look after these for you?

Creating Lasting Powers of Attorney gives the people you choose the legal right to look after your finances and healthcare on your behalf as soon as the need arises.

If you do not have a nominated person there may be delays or disputes. The Court of Protection can appoint someone to act for you, but it is likely to take time and they may not appoint the person you would have chosen.
