Franky Lu

Franky Lu has extensive experience in retail management, including roles as Store Manager at Lancel from September 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included achieving KPIs, overseeing the opening of nine stores in China, and coordinating employee training and store operations. Prior to this, Franky served as Retail Sales Manager at K11 Concepts Limited and held a Store Manager position at Ralph Lauren shortly before joining Lancel. Franky's earlier experience includes managing a store for LVMH at 连卡佛百货商贸（上海）有限公司 from January 2016 to October 2019, focusing on sales analysis, inventory management, and customer relations. Currently, Franky is a Store Manager at TOD'S, starting in January 2023. Franky holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from 华东师范大学, completed in 2017.
