Sunitha N currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at LanceSoft, Inc., a position held since December 2018, where responsibilities include championing strategic hiring and talent development while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. Previously, Sunitha worked as a Clinical Recruiter at LanceSoft, specializing in staffing solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries throughout the clinical development process. An earlier internship at Cadence Design Systems involved functional verification of PCIe controllers using Verilog. Sunitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from New Horizon College of Engineering, obtained in 2016.
