Lancia Capital is the Deep Tech Startup Foundry dedicated to Distributed Intelligent Systems.

We provide the foundational technology, production capabilities, and capital necessary for vertical startups to achieve breakthrough growth. Built from the ground up, our ventures are backed by our GPs’ 30+ years of hands-on expertise.
We operationalize the venture studio model through the RAINBOW Program: three integrated pillars that don’t just coexist — they actively cross-sell, enabling and amplifying one another to compound value across technology, execution, and capital.

🔴 The RED – An Edge-to-Cloud, low-code digitalization platform (HEXXIOS™ by Cratilys Inc., Silicon Valley) that transforms complex distributed systems into deployable products—powering every venture we build.

🟢 The GREEN – A global software factory (ICOD Systems, Tenerife) that develops and maintains The RED, delivers high-tier solutions to external clients, and drives platform adoption as a Value-Added Reseller.

🔵 The BLUE – A quant-driven VC fund that provides our portfolio with near non-dilutive capital, while operating entirely on the technology stack built by The RED and The GREEN.

Three pillars. One flywheel. Built to scale.
