Gregor Siegert has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gregor worked as the Director of Customer Services at LANCOM Systems GmbH from 2017 to present, where they focused on improving customer experience and engagement, as well as adding value with support and service products.

Prior to that, they held various roles at Avanti Communications Group plc from 2002 to 2017, including Head of Service Delivery, Head of Customer Services and Deployment, Product Manager, System Architect, and Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for customer engagement throughout the life cycle, service management and improvement, and delivering satellite services to service providers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Managing Director at Filiago GmbH & Co KG.

Gregor Siegert obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Reading in 2003. Prior to that, they received a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Technische Informatik from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin in 2002.
