Daniel Burnand is a Partner at BCLP, specializing in advising private equity and institutional investors on commercial property matters encompassing corporate and asset acquisitions, financing, and real estate development in various sectors. With previous roles including Senior Associate and Associate, Daniel has expertise in commercial real estate, investment management, planning, and construction litigation. Additionally, Daniel holds positions as Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Outrunners Charity and Ambassador for LandAid, along with experience as a legal secondee at The Crown Estate. Academically, Daniel has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Law and an MA (Hons) in History from the University of Leeds, complemented by training in leadership and management skills.
