Landed Lab is a daily practice platform for the assessments that decide who gets a first job: situational judgement tests, behavioural questions and video interviews.

This is for you if:

- You've received rejections with no useful feedback on where you fell short.
- You've completed an assessment with no idea what it was actually measuring.
- You want to genuinely improve, not just learn to game a particular test format.
- You're prepared to commit ten minutes a day to a practice that will tell you something real.

Situational judgement tests, behavioural questions and video interviews now decide who gets a first job. In focus groups we ran with LSE students this year, the same complaint came up again and again: nobody tells you what these tests measure, or how to improve. Almost everyone had sat one. Almost nobody found the process clear or fair. When we described a tool that would show them, the answer was near-unanimous: where do I sign up?

Landed Lab is that tool. Candidates work through realistic scenarios, including on-camera video answers, covering the five dimensions employers actually assess: critical thinking, problem-solving, judgement, collaboration, and self-management.

Ten minutes a day, every answer marked, with clear next steps and a behavioural profile that shows your improvement week by week.

AI delivers practice and feedback at scale, but it marks against an expert framework rather than its own judgement. Every score rests on assessment criteria built on 15 years of designing and marking behavioural assessments for major employers, developed with psychometrician David Lambiotte.

We're a small UK team: workplace psychologists who build these assessments for a living, and recent postgraduates who sat these exact tests not long ago. We remember what it's like on the other side of the webcam!
