Duncan Winter has extensive work experience in product management and engineering. Duncan is currently serving as the VP of Product & Engineering at LeadGenius, where they previously held the position of Senior Director of Product & Engineering. Duncan played a key role in rebuilding LeadGenius' product line, transforming manual processes into a self-service platform and driving customer software adoption from 5% to 95%. Prior to that, Duncan Winter held the position of Director of Product Management at Quri, where they mentored and hired multiple PMs and expanded the team of contractor analysts. Duncan spearheaded the development of ML applications to streamline data review processes, reducing time and cost.

Duncan Winter also worked at MedeAnalytics Inc as a Senior Product Manager, where they led the development and management of Patient Access, a healthcare task tracking application. Duncan collaborated with various teams to prioritize and define product requirements and implemented products across major hospital groups.

Furthermore, Duncan Winter co-founded ClassBadges.com, where they served as the CEO and successfully raised seed money to develop a software platform for teachers.

Duncan began their career as a Product Manager at ZeroChaos and oDesk before founding workstir. Duncan also worked as a Senior Product Manager at CBS Interactive and as a Product Manager at Preclick.
