Secil Watson

Secil Watson is a board member at Landed and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Secil started their career as a management consultant at Mitchell Madison Group and then became the general manager at DigitalThink. In 2002, they joined Wells Fargo as the EVP, Head of Digital Solutions for Business. During their 18 years at Wells Fargo, they transformed the bank digitally and grew new channels and capabilities from infancy, including mobile, P2P payments, fraud prevention, and open APIs. Secil also managed multi-functional teams of 100-450 people in new product development, experience design, customer insights, data and analytics, and cyber fraud. In 2021, they left Wells Fargo to become an independent consultant.

Secil Watson has an MBA in finance from The Wharton School and a BA in government, economics, and international relations from Cornell University. Secil attended high school at Robert College.
