Tammy Erickson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Tammy began their career in the US Army, serving as an Air Traffic Controller from March 2007 to December 2012 and as a Multi-Channel Transmission Systems Operator Maintainer from June 2003 to March 2007. In 2014, Tammy transitioned to the private sector and joined LeadGenius, where they held various positions over the years. Tammy started as a Researcher in May 2014 and then moved on to Quality Assurance from September 2014 to December 2014. Tammy progressed to become a Project Manager from January 2015 to February 2016 and then a Senior Project Manager from March 2016 to July 2016. Tammy then transitioned to an Account Manager role from July 2016 to September 2017. In October 2017, Tammy took on the role of a Customer Success Manager and held it until January 2021. Tammy was then promoted to Enterprise Account Manager and worked in this position until August 2022. Most recently, they held the role of Enterprise Account Manager - Team Lead from June 2022 until the present.
Tammy Erickson earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Central Texas College from 2005 to 2007. Tammy then pursued a bachelor's degree in Military Studies from Troy University between 2008 and 2010. Continuing their education, Tammy completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2014. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Project Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies between 2014 and 2016.
