In a few words, Landem is responsible of simplifying the comprehensive management of structural and engineering projects of public and private organizations.

Betting on a decentralized organization and a flexible and multidisciplinary structure, Landem is the nexus of several companies and professionals from different fields of engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, agronomics, topographic, hydraulics and architecture) that are capable of offering global solutions to any constructive project, of whatever magnitude, without ever renouncing to quality.

Therefore, we like to say that Landem is a newly created company with a long history: all the technicians we reunite have a vast experience with both public and private clients.

Our identity signs:

1.	Global solutions without renouncing quality

The dimension of the project does not determine our involvement in it. We do not believe in prefabricated and little customized solutions. We maintain a quality standard.

2. Enthusiastic dedication to projects

Our engineers and experts are motivated and committed to the projects. We are able to offer creative solutions adapted to the needs of each client.

3. Agile management

Avoiding complex and poorly operational organization charts as well as running avoiding the rigid structures of large companies, we create adequate teams with the necessary profiles so that the procedures are agile and efficient.

4. Direct and next communication

Our team is adaptive and we offer very personalized attention
