Mylinh specialises in insurance litigation with a focus on occupier’s liability, worker’s compensation, transport accidents, statutory recovery actions, product and public liability, and property damage claims.
Mylinh advises both local and international clients in the defence of simple and complex insurance claims (including multi-party claims and multi-jurisdictional claims). She also provides advice on coverage and double insurance issues.
Mylinh has acted in a broad range of claims including claims arising from slip and fall incidents, industrial and construction site accidents, engineering design defects causing injuries, manual handling and repetitive strain injuries, travel injuries, catastrophic injuries, workplace assaults and stress claims. Mylinh has also defended property damage claims including for fire damage, water damage and construction defects.
