Yoann Hispa

Yoann Theirpa is the CEO and co-founder of LandGate. Yoann has a background in petroleum engineering and has worked for companies such as the Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Ruspetro plc, and Optimix Energy Corp. In their previous role as Executive Director of Reservoir and Production Engineering at Ruspetro, they supervised a team of 10 in the Moscow office, 10 in a field lab, and over 50 in Siberia. Their responsibilities included production, economics, and reservoir analysis. At Optimix Energy Corp, they were responsible for mineral valuations, A&D, and operations for a Private Equity. Yoann deployed ~$50 million in minerals and leases investments and returned over 3x.

Yoann Theirpa's educational career includes a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from University of Birmingham, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie. Yoann also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Math Sup/Spe (full scholarship Department of Defense) and an Executive MBA from University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
