Lance Chretien

Lance Chretien has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lance is currently the Head of US Operations at Landing, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Ancillary Revenue, Director of Utilities & Access, and Director of Workplace Operations at the same company.

Before landing at Landing, Chretien worked at EY starting in 2012 as a Workplace Services Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing workplace services activities and managing personnel in various locations. Lance also implemented support services programs and served as the invoice management champion for the southeast region.

Chretien's career began at Southern Hospitality Services, LLC in 1999, where they worked as a General Manager. Over a span of nine years, they managed multiple hotels, including opening new properties and overseeing renovations and brand conversions. Lance was also responsible for procurement, recruitment, hiring, and training of staff, ensuring the hotels consistently ranked in the top 10% of their respective brands.

Overall, Chretien has extensive experience in operations, revenue management, utilities, access, workplace services, and hospitality management.

Lance Chretien holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Chemical Process Technology from McNeese State University.
