Aida Frese

Aida Frese M.A. is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and Supervisor at ESIA, with extensive experience in coaching, training, and facilitation since founding Bridge Transiciones in May 2006. The directorship at Bridge Transiciones involves supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in navigating changes and achieving objectives. Aida also serves as a docent for a Diplomatura in Regenerative Coaching at UTN and works as an associate coach and mentor for the International Executive Coaching Certification program. Aida's coaching practice spans multinational organizations in various regions including LATAM, Africa, the United States, Spain, and Asia, with notable clients such as Sanofi and EY. Educationally, Aida holds multiple degrees, including a Law degree and a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Organizational Behavior from prestigious institutions including New York University and Purdue University, complemented by specialized coaching certifications.
