Sarah Sutton

Sarah Sutton, MS, MCC, is an accomplished leadership and executive coach with extensive experience in guiding professionals towards enhanced performance and well-being. As the Founder and Principal Team & Executive Coach at Truce, LLC since October 2009, Sarah specializes in empowering clients to own their leadership presence while addressing communication and stress challenges. In addition to this role, Sarah serves as an Executive Coach and Core Guide at Chief, where contributions focus on supporting C-suite women leaders. Current engagements also include coaching technical teams at Wide XP, federal and state government employees at CI International, and leadership coaching for diverse groups at Landit. Previous experience includes senior coaching roles at Mettacool and Centene Corporation, as well as leading wellness initiatives at Valiant Integrated Services. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in English and Sociology from Boston College.
