Sonya Ware

Sonya Ware is an accomplished executive coach and strategist with over two decades of experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the CEO of Blue Beagle Consulting since 2011, Ware focuses on helping clients develop winning personal and professional strategies. In addition to coaching at various prestigious institutions such as Texas A&M University, Rice University, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, Ware has held leadership roles at Shell, where responsibilities included change management and diversity initiatives. Ware holds advanced degrees from the University of Houston and the University of St. Thomas, as well as an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
