Sid Johnson is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Director - Facilities at Landmark Properties, Inc. since September 2023, Sid previously held positions including Director of Facilities at Asset Living and Regional Facilities Manager at The Scion Group. Sid's expertise encompasses supervising maintenance operations, directing housekeeping staff, and managing vendor relationships, particularly during a notable tenure as Director of Facilities at American Campus Communities, which included responsibilities for oversight of building maintenance and upkeep. With a foundational background as a Lead HVAC Technician and Assistant Chief Engineer, Sid brings a comprehensive understanding of facilities and engineering to every role.
