Tim Carper

Tim Carper has a diverse professional background in project development and ministry. Currently serving in Project Development at Landmark Builders, Inc. since June 2020, Tim previously held positions as Project Manager at Frank L. Blum Construction Company from March 2018 to May 2020, and as Project Engineer at Oelrich Construction, Inc. from January 2017 to February 2018. Prior to the construction industry, Tim served as an Ordained Minister with Reformed University Fellowship from June 2014 to May 2017 and worked as a Campus Minister at Central Presbyterian Church from January 2011 to May 2014. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Tech and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary.
