Todd Stephan

Todd Stephan has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at Landmark Builders since July 2015. Prior to this, Todd held similar superintendent roles at Lend Lease from June 2001 to July 2015, with a focus on managing various construction projects, including a medical office building for Cornerstone Healthcare. Todd also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Superintendent at Lend Lease from July 2005 to July 2010, and started as a college intern in the Charlotte office. Earlier in their career, Todd worked as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot in various departments. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and a diploma from Fairfield High School. Additionally, Todd contributes to recruitment efforts for the Charlotte office at The University of Cincinnati and North Carolina A&T.
