Avery Lembke

Avery Lembke possesses a diverse range of experiences in both food science and sports officiating. Notable roles include Gourmet Baker at Crumbl Cookies and NIR Technologist at Land O'Lakes, Inc., in addition to a Supply Chain & Operations Internship. Academic involvement at the University of Minnesota includes serving as a Sensory Lab Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the Food Science and Nutrition program. Avery also has extensive experience in soccer officiating, having served as a Certified Grade 8 Soccer Referee for various organizations including the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association and Eden Prairie Soccer Association, where responsibilities included overseeing games, providing constructive feedback to other referees, and coordinating match supervision. Educational credentials include an Honors Diploma from Eden Prairie Senior High School and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Minnesota.
