Chris Pearson

Chris Pearson currently serves as President of Animal Nutrition and Senior Vice President at Land O'Lakes, Inc., starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Chris was Vice President of Crop Nutrition and Cooperative Alliances at WinField United from June 2022 to January 2024, focusing on enhancing cooperative effectiveness and partnerships. Chris's experience also includes being Chief Executive Officer at Agtegra Cooperative from February 2018 to June 2022, following a tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at South Dakota Wheat Growers from January 2013 to February 2018. Previous positions span various leadership roles at Farmer's Cooperative Co. from August 2000 to December 2012, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Agronomy and Feed, and multiple other roles, showcasing a breadth of expertise in agricultural operations and management. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Studies from Iowa State University, completed in 1999.
