David Droste

David Droste has extensive experience in the sanitation and production industries, currently serving as the Sanitation Manager at Land O'Lakes since January 1998, where responsibilities include maintaining and improving sanitation procedures and monitoring the Master Sanitation Program. Previously, David held various positions at Land O'Lakes, progressing from Sanitation Supervisor, where key tasks involved ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols during cleaning and participating in audits, to Production Supervisor, focusing on enhancing turnaround times. David's career began as a Quality Inspector at Best Power Equipments, ensuring the integrity of packaged equipment. Additionally, David served in the United States Marine Corps from January 1989 to February 1994, earning multiple commendations, including the Combat Action Ribbon and various deployment medals. David holds a degree in Manufacturing Management and Team Building from Lakeshore College and has further education from Central Texas College.
