Gary Hicks

Gary Hicks is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in technology and application development across various organizations. Currently serving as Director/Sr. IT Consultant for Cooperative Technologies at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since March 2019, Gary is instrumental in enhancing IT capabilities for member cooperatives. Prior roles include Vice President of Application Development at LTCG, where leadership spanned global development efforts, and Commercial Software Development Manager at Cargill, overseeing multiple product lines and integrating business operations. Gary's tenure at Cargill from 2005 to 2018 focused on SAP applications, where numerous leadership roles contributed to strategic planning, process improvement, and global integration initiatives. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
