Jim Moore

Jim Moore has extensive experience in the field of maintenance and environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Corporate EH&S and PSM Manager at Land O' Lakes since July 2006. Previously, Jim worked in various roles at Land O' Lakes from 1999 to 2006, including Certified Ammonia Room Operator and Lead Mechanic, where responsibilities included ensuring USDA compliance and managing departmental activities. Jim's career began at Coca Cola as a Maintenance Mechanic from 1986 to 1999, providing a solid foundation in mechanical and maintenance operations. Jim's expertise is further complemented by a background in troubleshooting high-speed food and beverage filling and packaging equipment and experience in both union and non-union environments, including roles as a union steward and contract negotiator.
