Josh Weber, MBA, has extensive experience in operations management, primarily at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since October 2014, where roles have included Strategic Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Process Supervisor. Prior to this, Josh served as Production Line Manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA from October 2012 to October 2014 and worked as Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-a-Car between May 2009 and July 2011.
