Nathaniel Gier

Nathaniel Gier is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Counsel for Corporate Transactions at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since November 2021. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Stinson LLP and Judicial Law Clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court. Gier has also gained experience through various positions at the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic, including Student Director and Certified Student Attorney, as well as a legal internship with The Advocates for Human Rights. Before pursuing a legal career, Gier was a bilingual teacher with Teach For America and Minneapolis Public Schools. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics, Mathematics, and Spanish from the University of Iowa.
